Minnows Session 6 (PM Class)

2025 was our fourth year with Minnows and it has been tremendously popular. The Minnows class is for students age 5 ½ – 7 ½ years old who have little to no prior sailing experience. The course is a one-week program, that runs 2.5 hours/day and is offered throughout the summer (see schedule). Students in the Minnows class will sail with the instructor in the boat and get a taste of the sport in a safe and supportive learning environment. The goal of our Minnows class is that our graduates are comfortable and ready to move up to the Beginners Class upon reaching 8 years old.

Students should not sign up for AM and PM classes during the same week. The WSA staff does not have the ability to closely monitor our younger students in between sessions. Parents should be prepared to pick up their Minnow Students at the end of classes (11:30 AM & 3:30 PM).
